Sophia Delgado/Mendoza (Jodi Sta. Maria) talks to her father - Mang Andres Delgado (Joel Torre) about her personal life. Sophia told Mang Andres that she is inlove to a man but she can't pursue in loving that man because she was asked not to be inlove. Mang Andres then told Sophia to stay strong in facing all the trials in her life since he knows that Sophia is a strong woman. Later on, Mang Andres reminisced the time Sophia arrived at his life. Sophia is an adopted child of Mang Andres wherein his wife's bestfriend gave it to them. Mang Andres then went to the cemetery to visit his wife's grave and told his wife that he wants to tell Sophia that she is adopted. Before Mang Andres tells Sophia about the truth, he wants to find out who is his wife's bestfriend so that he can have answers to Sophia's questions in the future. Mang Andres left and went to Misamis where his wife lives and look for an information about his wife's bestfriend. When Mang Andres already left, little Anna Manalastas (Xyriel Manabat) asked Kevin (Louise Abuel) if he is sad because his father left. Kevin then told little Anna that he must get used not having his father at his side because sooner he is going to die. Little Anna then told Kevin not to think that he is going to die soon because little Anna is going to do her best not to let it happen. On the other hand, Bart Ramirez (Rafael Rossel) went to see his sister - Yannie Ramirez (Emanuelle Vera) to confront her on something. Yannie told Bart tha she is busy and he must rather confront his girlfriend - Jessica Cruz (Jewel Mische). When Yannie tried to let Bart get out of her office, Bart revealed that he is inlove with Sophia. Yannie then told Bart not to continue falling inlove with Sophia because it will only ruin the life everybody. Will Bart stop what he felt for Sophia?
