Sophia Delgado/Mendoza (Jodi Sta. Maria) accepts little Anna Manalastas' (Xyriel Manabat) sorry after what happened to her and Kevin Delgado (Louise Abuel). The day after that, Kevin went to the park again to play and saw his new friend - Bart Ramirez (Rafael Rossel). Bart and Kevin are happy to see each other again because they have not seen each other lately. While Bart and Kevin are talking to each other, suddenly Kevin collapsed and Bart didn't know what to do. Bart just rushed Kevin to the hospital to help him out even though he don't know what happened to Kevin. Meanwhile, Sophia is looking for her brother - Kevin because she wants to be with him and didn't saw Kevin at their house. Little Anna then told Sophia that Kevin might be at the park and just playing around. Sophia together with little Anna then hurriedly went to the park and looked for Kevin there. Sophia couldn't find Kevin at the park and so she asked some of the kids who are playing there if they have seen Kevin around. One kid then told Sophia that he saw Kevin collapsed and he was brought to the hospital by his new friend. Sophia and little Anna then went to the hospital and saw Kevin there alone without knowing that Bart is the one that brought him there. While Sophia together with Kevin and little Anna are talking, Bart suddenly arrived wondering why Sophia is there with Kevin. Bart then asked Sophia what is her relationship to Kevin since she looked very worried about Kevin's condition. Sophia and little Anna then hurriedly reasoned out that they only knew Kevin as their friend. So now that Bart saw Sophia and little Anna who visited Kevin at the hospital, will he ever speculate that Sophia is Kevin's sister? If so, how will Sophia and specially little Anna give their reasons how they met Kevin? Will Bart believe their reasons?
