Kevin (Louise Abuel) is sick again and his father - Mang Andres (Joel Torre) and his sister - Sophia Mendoza (Jodi Sta. Maria) is worried about him. Mang Andres and Sophia thought that Kevin might need to be admitted again. Mang Andres and Sophia hurriedly brought Kevin to the hospital to check on his condition because they don't want anything to happen to her. On the other hand, Sophia noticed that little Anna Manalastas (Xyriel Manabat) is uneasy with things. Sophia knew from her cousins - Bruce (Smokey Manaloto) and Jopet (Neil Coleta) about what happened to little Anna the night she was out. Little Anna then told Sophia that she saw her ex - boyfriend - Rene Mosqueda (Tirso Cruz III). Sophia thought that little Anna must see him personally to correct things out since they had a bad past. Little Anna doesn't want to communicate with Rene anymore knowing that he neglected her in the past when she was a teenager (Shaina Magdayao). At the hospital, Kevin together with his sister - Sophia and little Anna knew Carmen Mosqueda who is the wife of Madam Anna Manalastas' ex - boyfriend - Rene. They knew that Rene is admitted in the same hospital where Kevin is and Sophia told little Anna that this is her chance to talk to him. The day after that, Carmen saw little Anna and Sophia in the hallway at the hospital and Carmen asked Sophia and little Anna if they knew Madam Anna's daughter. Little Anna and Sophia wondered why Carmen is asking for Madam Anna's daughter and thought that maybe Rene is asking her to ask them. Sophia told little Anna that maybe Rene wants to see their daughter and wants to ask forgiveness to her. With this, will little Anna agree to what Sophia told her to do?
